Under her leadership, Oncode has evolved from a molecular diagnostics laboratory into an integrated healthcare technology platform spanning clinical diagnostics, diagnostic technologies, bioinformatics, artificial intelligence, and translational research.
Her leadership focuses on building scalable healthcare innovation platforms, strengthening institutional and industry partnerships, and driving the Group’s regional expansion. Dr. Kow co-founded Oncode and leads the Group’s operational strategy, organisational integration, and execution across its expanding ecosystem.
With expertise in medicinal chemistry, cancer biology, and molecular diagnostics, she oversees the development of scalable operating structures, quality-driven processes, and cross-functional capabilities that support Oncode’s clinical, technology, and innovation platforms.

Ms. Irene Chin leads the Group’s financial strategy, governance, capital planning, and financial stewardship.

Dr. Amy Teh leads the Group’s strategic planning, portfolio development, and execution of major organisational and innovation initiatives.
